Construction & Special Surveys

As-Built Documents

These are a revised set of drawings submitted by a contractor upon completion of a project, reflecting all the changes made during the construction process and showing the exact dimensions and location of all the elements of the work.

2

Construction Layout (Site Layout)

This is the process of interpreting construction plans and marking the location of proposed new structures such as roads or buildings. Construction layout is used to ensure a project is built according to engineering design plans.

3

Steel/Anchor Bolt As-Builts

These are surveys performed prior to erecting steel columns for the steel contractor, or for the bolt-installer as it is important to maintain the construction schedule to recognize deviations from the plans while there is time to correct any deficiencies.
